保温式发动机预热系统工作原理及实验分析

摘要:为了解决北方冬季汽车启动困难的问题,用实验的方法对保温式预热系统进行了研究,对保温式预热系统的预热效果进行了验证。研究表明,通过预热系统热交换后,模拟发动机水套温度最高能升高到49.5℃,平均能升高到47.0℃,考虑发动机缸体和模拟水套的差异和实验误差,最终计算能使发动机气缸周围温度达到30℃左右,因此能够解决汽车发动机的冬季点火问题。

Abstract: In order to solve the problem that the automobile starts in the northern winter, a thermal insulation system is made, and the preheating effect of the thermal insulation system is verified by the simulation experiment. Research shows that the simulated maximum can rise to 49.5 DEG C water temperature after heat exchange, the average can rise to 47 DEG C. Even considering the experimental error, the temperature of the engine cylinder can reach 30 degrees Celsius, so it can solve the problem of large ignition in winter.
