基于动态评价理论的会计教学评价模式研究

[摘要]会计教学评价模式教学改革导入动态评价法,将有助于改变以偏重学习结果,以评价者为中心的静态评价方式所带来的无法评价学生的综合素质的问题和低效的教学方式。借鉴被称为三明治式“单元学习的前测、学期学习的训练、学段学习后的后测”的动态评价程序,建构适合于会计教学的干预式和互动式相结合的动态评价模式。将课程每章节教学过程分成课前网络自主学习、课堂伙伴式互动内化,课后通过学习笔记评价反馈的三个教学环境的基础上增加一个教学环境“以项目为驱动提炼升华”,增长学生的问题解决能力,同时为每个学生建立“课程学习档案袋”进行综合归纳。

Abstract: Accounting teaching evaluation mode teaching reform into the dynamic evaluation method, will help to change the problem of laying particular stress on learning as a result, the static evaluation way for the center with evaluator of unable to evaluate students' comprehensive quality and inefficient way of teaching. Refer to a sandwich type unit of learning "a pretest, semester's training, after the period of learning" after the test of dynamic evaluation procedure, construct suitable for accounting teaching combined dynamic evaluation of the type of intervention and interactive mode. Each chapter teaching process can be divided into three parts:
network autonomous learning, classroom interaction partner type internalize before class, after class through learning notes evaluation feedback,which on the basis of three teaching environment adding a teaching environment "project to drive refined sublimation", increase the students' ability of problem solving, and at the same time for each student to establish "learning file cover" comprehensively summarized.
