基于Cruise纯电动商务车动力性研究与仿真分析

摘 要:为了满足某款纯电动商务车在山区城市道路行驶要求,提升整车爬坡能力。在原车的动力传动系统中加装两档变速器,建立动力性数学方程,在保持主减速器传动比不变情况下,合理选择两档变速器传动比。利用AVL Cruise仿真软件搭建整车仿真模型,进行动力性仿真分析。仿真结果表明:加装两档变速器提升了整车的动力性,其中最大爬坡度提高34.2%, 0~50km/h加速时间减少12.6%,50~80km/h加速时间减少15.9%。

Power Research and Simulation Analysis of Pure Electric Commercial Vehicles Based on Cruise

Abstract: In order to satisfy a pure electric commercial vehicle in urban mountain roads, enhance the vehicle climbing ability. In the original car equipped with two gears in the power transmission system, establish the mathematical equation of dynamic, in the case of the final drive gear ratio unchanged, choose the transmission ratio. Vehicle simulation model built with AVL Cruise software, perform dynamic simulation analysis. Simulation results show that the adding of two speed transmission improve the power of vehicle, maximum gradability increase 34.2%, 0 ~ 50km / h acceleration time is reduced 12.6%, 50 ~ 80km / h acceleration time is reduced 15.9%.
