摘要：以生物柴油为溶剂制备60%丁草胺乳油，考察乳化剂种类以及用量。结果表明：所选农乳500#、农乳600#以及农乳602#三种单一表面活性剂均未找到合适配方；2%~5%农乳500#与等量农乳600#或农乳602#复配均能制备出满足HG3292-2001标准的合格丁草胺乳油。农乳600#和农乳602#复配无合格配方。

Preparation of Butachlor Emulsifialle Concentrate using Biodiesel as green solvent

Preparation of Butachlor Emulsifialle Concentrate using biodiesel as solvent, the category and dosage of emulsifier were investigated. It showed that there weren't right formula about the selected three single surfactants including Nongru500、Nongru600 and Nongru602. The sixty percent Butachlor EC using the emulsifier from 2%~5% Nongru500 with the same amount of Nongru600 or Nongru602 ,can meet with the criterions and requirements of HG3292-2001. Whereas the formula about the compound of Nongru600 and Nongru602 was none.
