UASBB反应器厌氧氨氧化甲烷化反硝化耦合研究

摘要:将IOC内的厌氧污泥和某污水处理厂反硝化污泥接种至上流式厌氧生物膜反应器(UASBB)中,经过43d的启动运行,形成颗粒污泥。在启动好后进水中添加亚硝酸盐和氨盐,UASBB温度控制在31~35℃,pH为7.3~8.3,留时间21.1h,上升流速0.14m3/(m2·h),经过145d的稳定运行,逐渐在UASBB反应器内成功将厌氧氨氧化甲烷化反硝化耦合,氨氮的去除率为35%。外回流和添加填料加速了UASBB的启动。实验表明:pH、温度、溶解氧、氮氧化物和有机物对UASBB中厌氧氨氧化甲烷化反硝化均有影响。

Study of Integration of Methanogensis with Simultaneous Anaerobic Ammonium Oxidation and Denitrification in UASBB Reactor

Abstract: Granular sludge was formed in up-flow anaerobic sludge bed and biofilm (UASBB) reactor inoculated with the anaerobic sludge from IOC reactor and denitrification sludge after the reactor start-up operation of 43d. Then, denitrification bacteria and anaerobic ammonium oxidation bacteria were cultured and enriched in UASBB reactor with nitrite and ammonium for 145d operation. The pH was controlled between 7.3 and 8.3, and temperature at 31~35℃in the reactor; HRT was 21.1h, and the up-velocity was 0.14m3/(m2·h). The removal of NH4+-N was 35%.Out recycle and fillers accelerated the anaerobic reactor start-up. Results demonstrated that pH, temperature, DO, nitrogen oxides and organic affected the integration of methanogenesis, denitrification and anaerobic ammonium oxidation in new UASBB reactor.
