摘要：现代学徒制是高职院校实现校企合作、工学交替的一种重要手段。通过研究现代学徒制的形势与现状，分析了存在问题。以杭州职业技术学院圣泓班为例，介绍我校在现代学徒制方面的探索与实践。

Abstract: Modern apprenticeship system is an important means to realize the cooperation between colleges and universities and the alternation of work and study. By studying the situation and present situation of the modern apprenticeship system, the existing problems are analyzed. Taking Hangzhou Vocational and Technical College sunhoo class as an example, introduces the exploration and practice of the Modern Apprenticeship of our school.
